SHIPPING POLICY
Cookware orders are packed with attention to weight, finish protection, and secure transit. Because pots,
pans, lids, and full sets can vary in size and packaging needs, shipping times may depend on the product
selected, carrier route, and delivery address.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most cookware orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed
during weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
When an order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Tracking may not show
movement until the carrier completes its first scan.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times vary by product size, destination, and carrier service.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Standard cookware shipments: 3-5 business days
- Larger cookware sets or multi-box orders: 4-7 business days
- Remote or extended service areas: extra transit time may be needed
Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur because of carrier volume, weather, address issues,
inventory availability, or other conditions outside our control.

MULTI-PIECE ORDERS
Cookware sets may include several pieces, lids, inserts, or accessories. Some orders may ship in more
than one box to protect the items during transit.Please confirm that your delivery address is complete and accessible before placing an order. Apartment
numbers, gate codes, business names, and delivery notes should be included when needed.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Address changes after shipment
- Re-delivery requests
- Refused deliveries
- Carrier hold or storage fees
- Failed delivery attempts caused by missing address details

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details are provided after shipment. If the tracking page does not update right away, allow time for
the carrier to scan and process the package.
If tracking shows no progress for several business days, or if the order is marked delivered but cannot be
found, contact us so we can review the shipment information.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Please inspect cookware, lids, handles, boxes, and packaging immediately after delivery. If an item arrives
dented, cracked, missing, or visibly damaged from transit, contact us as soon as possible.
We may request:
- Photos of the cookware and affected pieces
- Photos of the outside box and interior packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- A list of any missing or damaged items
We will review the issue and help determine the next step, which may include replacement parts, a
replacement shipment, carrier claim assistance, or another approved solution.

We ship within supported regions served by our carriers. Certain heavy cookware sets or oversized
packages may be limited by address, carrier rules, or local delivery availability.
