REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the cookware we sell and want every order to arrive clean, complete, and ready for
kitchen use. Qualifying cookware items may be returned within 14 days from delivery when they meet the
return conditions below.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
- Cookware must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All lids, handles, inserts, manuals, protectors, and accessories must be included
- Original packaging must be returned when available
- Items must not show cooking residue, scratches from use, stains, odors, heat marks, dents caused after
delivery, or modifications
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
For hygiene, safety, and resale reasons, some items cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items include:
- Cookware that has been cooked with, washed, seasoned, or used
- Items with food residue, oil marks, smoke odor, heat discoloration, or utensil scratches
- Missing lids, accessories, inserts, or protective packaging
- Clearance, final sale, special-order, personalized, or bulk commercial orders unless approved

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please review your cookware within 48 hours of delivery. If a set arrives damaged, incomplete, defective,
or different from what you ordered, contact us within that time.
To help us review the issue, please provide clear photos of:
- The item or set received- Any dented, cracked, scratched, or incorrect piece
- The box and interior packaging
- The shipping label
Once reviewed, we may provide a replacement piece, exchange, replacement set, return approval, or
refund depending on the situation.

RETURN PROCESS
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Returned cookware should be packed securely to prevent movement, dents, scratches, or broken glass
lids during transit. Damage caused by poor return packaging may affect refund eligibility.

REFUND PROCESSING
After the return is received, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our guidelines. Approved refunds are
issued to the original payment method.
Most banks and payment providers post approved refunds within 5-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fulfillment error, verified
defect, or approved shipping damage claim.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or
incorrect because of our error.
Because cookware sets can be heavy, return shipping should be arranged through a carrier and service
level suitable for the package weight and value.
